RFQI-26-24445: Request for Qualifications for IAD Revitalization Program, Package A
Description: The Airports Authority is requesting qualifications from Design-Builders (Progressive Design-Build preferred) for comprehensive design and construction services related to the “Washington Dulles Revitalization” (WDR) Package A at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The scope of work covers comprehensive “cradle to grave” services, including planning, design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, tenant relocations and closeout for multiple interconnected projects within Package A, to be completed by 2034.

RFP-26-21944: Design/Build Live Fire Training Facility Improvements, IAD
Description: The Authority is seeking a qualified design-build contractor to provide design and construction services for the Live Fire Training Facility (LFTF) Improvements Project at Washington Dulles International Airport. The contractor shall provide complete design services, including signed and sealed permit-ready drawings, and all construction services necessary to upgrade and modernize the existing LFTF. The work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the existing Control Tower Building and Fuel Farm; construction of new burn facilities, a structural modular burn building, SCBA Training Center, Administrative Office/Classroom Building, and Storage Garage; installation of a modern wide-body aircraft training simulator with fuel spill capability; and associated sitework and utility improvements.

RFP-26-22512: Indirect/Central Services Cost Allocation Plan
Description: The Airports Authority requires preparation of its Indirect/Central Services Cost Allocation Plan. The plan will identify the appropriate allocation of central services from the Aviation Enterprise Fund to the Dulles Corridor Enterprise Fund.
