Project Summary:
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to widen Taxilane Z1 at Washington Dulles International Airport to Aircraft Design Group V standards and extend the communication, electrical and gas utilities. This work requires stormwater pollution prevention, drainage system modifications, PCC pavement, pavement marking and airfield edge lighting work, as well as phasing for maintenance of air/vehicular traffic to minimize construction impacts upon the airport's operations.
LDBE Requirement:
This RFP has a 70% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 30% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
