| The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to widen Taxilane Z1 at Washington Dulles International Airport to Aircraft Design Group V standards and extend the communication, electrical and gas utilities. This work requires stormwater pollution prevention, drainage system modifications, PCC pavement, pavement marking and airfield edge lighting work, as well as phasing for maintenance of air/vehicular traffic to minimize construction impacts upon the airport's operations. | ||||||||||||||||
