Lisa Williams

Cap8 Doors & Hardware, founded by Lisa Williams, is a full service Architectural Doors, Frames, and Hardware as well as Division 10 Distributor and Installer located in Washington DC and serving the Mid-Atlantic region.  Lisa’s primary responsibility for Cap8 involves Strategic Leadership and Business Development for the Company. 

Prior to founding Cap8 Doors & Hardware, Lisa co-founded and served as broker for a full service real estate brokerage company, Senate Realty Corporation.  Ms. Williams is actively involved with building relationships with key business and community constituents. Lisa is a member of DC Builders Industry Association (DCBIA), Door and Hardware Institute (DHI), and an active participant in Food and Friends as well as Phelps Architecture, Construction and Engineering High School.

With an initial focus on architectural design, she later created the infrastructure for the organization to take on an unprecedented diverse range of construction and management projects.
