Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide snow removal services at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. Services at Washington Dulles International Airport include landside plowing, removal of snow and chemical treatment of approximately 5.6 million square feet of pavement service covering selected parking lots and roadways as well as application of brine solution to roadways. Services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport will be on an as-needed basis to supplement Airports Authority in-house staff and will primarily cover airside hauling of snow during major winter storms.

Requirement:

This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 25% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
