Summary:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide the Airports Authority with high quality color digital aerial imagery and aerial lidar data for the purpose of feature extraction, development of DTM (Digital Terrain Modeling) data and 1 foot topography and the capture of design grade planimetric data of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, and the Dulles Corridor Enterprise for the production of 2 inch pixel color orthophotography.

Requirement:
This solicitation has a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 20% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
