Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for construction of miscellaneous design-build and fully designed projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, and the Dulles Toll Road. This will be a multiple award construction contract (MACC) and projects may include airport concourse renovations and airport runway and apron pavement rehabilitation; roadway and interchange improvements; roadway pavement rehabilitation; mechanical, electrical and electronic (airport, security and network) systems upgrade, refresh or replacement; aviation hydrant fueling systems; utility and HVAC systems upgrade or replacement; pumping station and forced main upgrades or replacements; drainage and stormwater management facilities; environmental remediation; facility renovations; soundwall structure repairs and replacements; bridge repairs and replacements; construction and renovation of buildings/structures; and traffic signal design and installation.

LDBE
Requirement:

This solicitation has a 25% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 15% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standards listed in the RFP are eligible for consideration.
