Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct the following improvements to the Main Terminal Baggage Basement at Washington Dulles International Airport: 1. Construction of gypsum board smoke partitions. 2. Construction of a two-hour rated masonry egress corridor. 3. Replacement of and addition of standard room numbering signs. 4. Installation of eight duplex sump pump systems. 5. Miscellaneous guard rail upgrades. 6. Removal of photo eye conduit.
