Project Summary:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide Psychological testing and screening for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's public safety candidates and employees.

The Authority is seeking proposals from professional mental health care providers operating in the Northern Virginia Area to provide psychological assessment evaluations for pre-employment, for special duty assignments and for job-related determinations of a public safety employee's ability (sometimes referred to in the industry as "fitness for duty") to perform the essential duties of his/her current job or a new assignment. Additional services include training for employees and management regarding mental health/psychological issues as well as consultations with management on applicable mental health topics.
