Project Summary:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, hardware, software, tools, travel, equipment and supervision to design, deliver, install, and maintain an Enterprise Resource Planning system for Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports.

Purpose/Overview
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, is seeking proposals from Offerors to provide the Authority with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to enable and integrate the functionality specified in the eight To-Be business process lifecycles specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful Offeror will be responsible for providing both a complete, high-quality ERP software solution and all ERP system integration services specified in the RFP including the following:

• Provide the Authority with one or a set of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software packages with functionality and scalability that fulfills the Authority’s functional and technical requirements.
• Procure and configure the core application software of the ERP system
• Install an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) middleware infrastructure to support and lay the foundation for integration with Authority legacy systems
• Provide Application Service Provider (ASP) hosting services for the ERP system
• Leverage the resulting ERP system to provide business intelligence and reporting tools that take the Authority to the next level of business efficiency

Through this RFP, the Authority seeks to procure the best services and products at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give all qualified businesses, including those that are owned by local small businesses as well as minority and women-owned business, an opportunity to do business with the Authority as contractors and sub-contractors.
LDBE Requirement:
This RFP has a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 30% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
