| Special Event - Contractors' Exhibit Hall: | ||||||||||||||||
On Wednesday, April 2, 2008, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority will be sponsoring an Exhibit Hall for RFP 1-08-C009, Enterprise Resource Planning System Implementation. This event will take place at the Marriott Crystal City, 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202 following the Preproposal conference which will be held in the same location. A complete schedule is as follows:
The purpose of the Exhibit Hall is to provide a forum for interested LDBE firms to meet with the potential prime contractors for this solicitation. We are asking that potential prime contractors send representatives directly responsible for securing subcontracts in relation to this solicitation to ensure that LDBE attendees have the most effective access to subcontracting opportunities. Participation from prime contractors is essential for this effort to be successful. Prime contractors that want an exhibit table should contact Cynthia Lipscomb at 703-417-8625. Tables will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis and must be reserved no later than March 27, 2008. |
