| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide runway rubber removal services using a soap and water reclamation process at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on a call order basis. The period of performance for this contract will commence for a period of 365 calendar days from the date of contract award, however work will take place only from May through November each year. | |
