| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to conduct periodic market pay and/or compensation studies, perform job analysis, evaluation and documentation, and develop and validate competencies for various purposes and ensuring that they are integrated with existing knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics. | |||||||
