| The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest and/or supporting information from potential partners concerning installation and operation of plug-in vehicle charging stations at Ronald Reagan Washington National and/or Washington Dulles International Airports. | |
| Purpose: | |
| The Airports Authority’s intent with this RFI is to eventually implement a partnered plug-in vehicle infrastructure project that can be on-line as early as late 2009. The Airports Authority also seeks information from vendors that may assist in the formulation of a Request for Proposals and mutually beneficial partnership agreement. | |

| A pre-submission conference will be held on June 24, 2009, at 1:00 PM at Conference Room 1A/1B, 1 Aviation Circle, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. | |

| Information Requested: | |
| A Statement of Interest in the execution of a business agreement should describe the capabilities of the proposer and the interest in entering into an agreement or other business arrangement with the Airports Authority leading to the establishment of one or multiple recharging stations for Electric or Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles in either public or non-public locations at either airport. | |
