Statement of Need:
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified parties, with respect to their prospective interest, in leasing the parcels for the purpose of commercial development or other revenue-producing activity in which the Airports Authority will participate through its receipt of rental or other valuable consideration.
Purpose:
To gather information from the market regarding interest in six undeveloped parcels and the potential types of development and uses of these parcels at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Pre-Submission Conference:
A Pre-Submission Conference will be held at Airport Manager’s Conference Rooms A & B, Main Terminal (Baggage Claim Level, east end of building) Washington Dulles International Airport on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 2:00 PM local time for interested firms.
Questions:
The deadline for submitting questions has passed. No further questions will be accepted.
Information Requested:
A Statement of Interest by qualified parties in connection with the leasing and commercial development of one or more parcels; portions of parcels; or combination(s) of parcels with a description of how the parcel(s) (in each case) would be used to produce a revenue stream for the benefit of both the respondent and the Airports Authority.
