MWAA Fingerprinting Office
Located within the Dulles Pass & ID Office (see above)

You must bring these with you prior to fingerprinting:
	Completed IAD/AOA application form $27.00 (Company check, cash, money order, or credit card) 2 forms of valid government-issued identification - ONE MUST BE A DRIVERS LICENSE OR WALKER ID WHICH HAS YOUR PHOTO AND YOUR CURRENT HOME ADDRESS.
SIDA, AOA, and Driver's Test Computer Training Room

Terminal Agent’s Office
Located on baggage claim level across from Pass & ID Fingerprinting Office
	Hours Open: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am-12:00pm, and 12:30pm-3:30pm Wednesday 10:00am-12:00pm, and 12:30pm-6:00pm Friday 7:00am-12:00pm, and 12:30pm-2:30pm Closed: the 2nd Thursday of each month

AOA Vehicle Inspection Station
Located at East Vehicle Maintenance Facility
	Call 703-572-2740 BEFORE bringing any vehicle. Hours Open: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am-12:00 Noon Closed: Tuesday and Thursday
You must bring these with you prior to inspection:
	Vehicle Certificate of Insurance State Vehicle Inspection document Your Dulles Airport ID Your valid state driver’s license (refer to MWAA Orders & Instructions 3-2-2a for complete info)
