RFQ-18-30316: Fraud and Ethics Hotline and Reporting Services
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide a dedicated toll-free fraud and ethics hotline and internet-based reporting system on a 24/7 basis to receive complaints regarding alleged corruption, fraud, waste and abuse or other wrongdoing in connection with the Airports Authority workforce.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for rental of a temporary boiler and associated maintenance services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

RFI: Networked Time Clocks
Description: The Airports Authority’s employs approximately 1000 Public Safety, Airport Operations and Trades employees who work on various 24x7 rotating shifts. For such employees, access to computers for time entry is limited resulting in dependence on timekeepers and manual timekeeping processes. Current processes result in delayed payroll processing and errors. The Airports Authority’s intent is to implement a standardized automated Time Clock Management System in order to efficiently capture time for non-exempt employees in Public Safety, Airport Operations and Trades and eliminate manual process of timekeepers for time entry and validation. The Airports Authority desires the time entry data be entered directly into the Workday SaaS Timetracking module.

1-18-C171: Plane-Mate Side Seat Removal and Standing Pole Installation, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace select side mounted seating with standing poles and handholds in up to twenty Plane-Mate vehicles. The work shall match what has previously been done in ten of the thirty Plane-Mate vehicles at Washington Dulles International Airport.
