For a limited-time Cherry Blossom themed cocktails, food, banners and displays will be available at Washington’s airports in celebration of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Travelers through Reagan National and Dulles International airports will experience a taste of this time-honored tradition as cherry blossoms invade the D.C. region.
Whether it’s their first look at this long-standing event or a last glimpse as they head home, passengers at both airports will be able to take part in the festivities with food and retail specials promoting the annual event. Some of the more than 30 specials being offered at stores around the airports include cherry blossom shirts, handbags, and other apparel; cherry blossom pink martinis and a variety of cherry blossom themed beverages, donuts with cherry blossom pink frosting, custom cherry blossom nail designs and discounts on purchases will be featured at many stores. Additionally, Reagan National Airport will have pink lighting shining through the glass block walls in the stairwells in the parking garages and banners will deck the front of all of the Terminals at the airport.

The Airports Authority is proud to celebrate this event as customers enjoy the “cherry blossom pink” accents at our airports during the next few weeks. The festival runs from March 20 - April 14.
