Mamie MalloryMamie Mallory is President and CEO of Mallory & Associates LLC, a management consulting firm founded in May 2018. The company's profile includes Business Process Improvement, Equal Employment Opportunity/Civil Rights, Business Development, and Real Property Asset Management, serving government and private sector clients. Mallory is known for her distinguished career at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which included more than 20 years in management/executive positions as an EEO/Diversity Program expert, civil rights leader, and accomplished program manager and engineer. As the Assistant Administrator for Civil Rights, Mallory served as the principal advisor to the FAA Administrator on Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity, diversity, and affirmative action. Equally important, she managed FAA's efforts to ensure the elimination of unlawful discrimination in federally operated and assisted transportation programs at airports nationwide. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Professional Certificate in Facility Management from George Mason University. She is an alumna of the Office of Personnel Management's Federal Executive Institute and Leadership Greater Washington, class of 2008. Mallory is an appointee of the Governor of Maryland.
