Prior to founding Cap8 Doors & Hardware, Lisa co-founded and served as broker for a full service real estate brokerage company, Senate Realty Corporation.  Ms. Williams is actively involved with building relationships with key business and community constituents. Lisa is a member of DC Builders Industry Association (DCBIA), Door and Hardware Institute (DHI), and an active participant in Food and Friends as well as Phelps Architecture, Construction and Engineering High School.
