The Captain-Safety & Logistics is responsible for all logistical needs for the department, including procurement and issue of uniforms, equipment, supplies and personal protective equipment.   Additional responsibilities include serving as the department’s Respiratory Protection Program Manager and the chair of all apparatus specification and procurement committees.

The Captain-Administrative Services provides administrative support to all members of the headquarters staff, manages special projects and assists with management of the budget.

The Systems Coordinator is a civilian position within the Headquarters staff that provides technical and administrative support to the entire department for all information technology systems and associated software, in addition to radio communications equipment and computer hardware.    This position also coordinates tasks with the Office of Technology and other Airports Authority and regional partners. 

Major responsibilities include management of the department’s records management systems, to include fire and patient care reporting and administrative databases.  The Systems Coordinator generates statistical data for internal and external inquiries, to include training and response records for the Federal Aviation Administration.  Other responsibilities include emergency incident and event documentation, mobile command post training and operations, liaison to the Public Safety Communications Center and regional partners for computer aided dispatching issues and is a key member of the CAD2CAD team, ensuring that the integration with the other regional jurisdictions is maintained and enhanced as required.
