IFB-24-23012: Transformers and Switchgear, DCA
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to furnish and deliver transformers and switchgear needed for Package 1 of the North Airfield Development – Utilities and Enabling Work project at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Equipment shall be accordance with Airports Authority specifications for delivery only.

RFP-24-21737: E-Line Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct the E-Line Sanitary Sewer System Improvements at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This includes but not limited to removal and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer pipe and manholes, removal of existing sanitary sewer concrete dump, construction of sanitary sewer pipes on new and existing alignments, construction of new sewer force main, and sewer manholes, removal of existing and construction of concrete and asphalt taxiway and roadway.

IFB 24-23002: Departure Deck Repairs, DCA
Description: The Contractor shall repair and restore the departures deck at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Work requires multiple phases for significant amount of polymer crack sealing and includes maintenance of traffic, concrete substructure/superstructure surface repair, expansion joint reconstruction, crack repairs, epoxy overlay, temporary shoring, etc. as well as jacking and blocking for pier columns repairs and bearing pads replacement.

RFP-24-22943: High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) Generator Tube Replacement, DCA
Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority requires the re-tubing of an existing 80 MBTU generator at the Central Heating and Cooling Plant at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The generator is an Indeck Model TJW-C-75, serial number L-360, tube size is 1-1/4 OD, 13 gauge grade A carbon steel. The base work includes a complete re-tube based on manufacturer recommendations followed by startup, inspection, testing and return to service.
