Effective November 1, 2015, all Limousine operators providing Limousine Services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport or Washington Dulles International Airport must be authorized by a Limousine Service Permit.

The Airports Authority has approved changes to the ground transportation options at Reagan National and Dulles International airports, allowing for limousines and app-based transportation companies like Uber and Lyft to operate more conveniently for passengers. The changes will take effect November 1, 2015.
