Description: The Airports Authority is undertaking a series of transformative initiatives at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). To support these complex and high-visibility efforts, the Airports Authority seeks to establish a multi-award contract to retain one or more Executive Owner's Representatives (EORs) to serve as strategic advisors providing executive-level management, leadership, and oversight services. Acting as an extension of the Airports Authority's executive team, the EOR(s) will support enterprise-level governance, organizational alignment and readiness, risk management, procurement strategy, and performance monitoring to help ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within approved budgets. The EOR(s) will also assist with board level reporting, executive decision support, and the development of a comprehensive enterprise program management, leadership, and implementation framework.

Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project Opportunities

Project Overview - Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project

Phase One of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project constructed the new Metrorail Silver Line from the East Falls Church station on the Orange Line, through Tysons Corner and on to Wiehle Avenue in Reston. Phase Two will continue the line to Dulles International Airport and into Loudoun County.

Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project - Phase Two

Capital Rail Constructors, a joint venture of Clark Construction Group and Kiewit Infrastructure South, is the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's design-build contractor for Phase Two of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, which will build 11.4 miles of track and six stations in Fairfax and Loudoun counties. Construction of Phase Two began in 2013 and will continue through 2018.
