At their meeting today the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors re-elected Norman M. Glasgow, Jr. Chairman of the Board and elected Mame Reiley Vice Chairman and Gregory Wolfe was also re-elected as Secretary to the Board.

Mr. Glasgow has served on the Airports Authority Board of Directors since 1993. He is a Partner and member of the Executive Committee of the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, specializing in general real estate, particularly zoning, land use, building code and historic preservation law. He has served as Chairman of the Authority's Finance and Planning Committees. Maryland Governor William Donald Schaefer appointed him to the Airports Authority Board in 1993 and Governor Parris Glendening reappointed him in 1998.

Ms. Reiley was appointed to the Board in 2002 by Governor Mark R. Warner, and is a member of the Board's Business Administration Committee. Ms. Reiley is the Political Director for Governor Warner, heading One Virginia, a political fundraising organization. Previously she served as Vice President and General Manager of PGI Washington, an events and communications agency, as Chief of Staff to Representative Jim Moran (D-VA) and as a staff member of the House Committee on Appropriations.

Mr. Wolfe has served as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Airports Authority since 1987.

The Airports Authority is governed by a 13-person Board of Directors whose members are appointed by the Governors of Virginia and Maryland, The Mayor of the District of Columbia and the President of the United States.
