Thanksgiving travelers coming to Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports will see some new security-related requirements. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is offering travel advice to area travelers.
At their meeting today the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors re-elected Norman M. Glasgow, Jr. as Chairman of the Board and the Honorable Robert L. Calhoun as Vice Chairman.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority will hold its Annual Business Opportunity Seminar for Local Disadvantaged Enterprises, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses onWednesday, November 6, 2002. The Authority operates Washington Dulles International and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airports.
The Seminar will be held from 1:00 -5:30 pm at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, located at 2660 Woodley Road, in Northwest Washington DC.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority announces a new easy way to pay for parking at Washington Dulles International Airport. The new system, called Pay & Go will be available starting October 8, 2002.
On Sunday, August 11th, there will be a brief detour for all traffic using roadways in front of Terminals A, B and C at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport for approximately one half hour between 5:45 a.m. and 6:15 a.m.
