Any person who believes that they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin (including LEP), sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), creed, or age may file a complaint with the Airports Authority. Alternatively, they can file a formal complaint with an outside agency, such as the U.S. Departments of Justice or Transportation, or the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), or seek other legal remedies.  In order to be a Title VI Complaint, the complaint must:

Rules of Conduct Policy for the Airport Terminals and Concourse Facilities of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority PURPOSE This Orders and Instructions (O&I) establishes Rules of Conduct in the terminal and concourse facilities; pedestrian bridges; and tunnels connecting the terminals to the Airport parking garages   at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Reagan National) and Washington Dulles International Airport (Dulles International).
