Michele Hagans

Rod Hall is a senior policy advisor in the Washington Office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP focused on transportation and infrastructure issues. Mr. Hall advises an array of corporate and municipal clients on legislative, political, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hall was appointed by the President to serve as the head of legislative affairs for the Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Hall served as the principal advisor to two FAA administrators on matters concerning Congress, aviation industry groups, and other governmental organizations. Mr. Hall previously served as an associate professional staff member on the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee and Chief of Staff to the late U.S. Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson.

Mr. Hall currently serves as the Chairman of the Manassas Regional Airport Commission. Mr. Hall is also the immediate past Chairman of the Virginia Aviation Board, former board member of the Stafford Regional Airport Authority and former board member of the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority. He is an Executive Board Member of George Mason University’s Hylton Performing Arts Center and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Dillard University. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity.

Mr. Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in political science from Dillard University. Mr. Hall is an appointee of the Governor of Virginia.
