Mr. Peter Amaro is the CEO of Master ConcessionAir, LLC, a company which he co-founded and has grown to annual sales of over $50 million, in just over 15 years. The company was built upon several high volume Nationally Branded Concepts, such as, Chili's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Budweiser Brew House, French Meadows, Tumi, Kiehl’s, MAC, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Bacardi Mojito Bar, WSJ News & Gift, Starbucks, Lorena Garcia Cocina, Brioche Doree and Sam Adams Ale House. He leads a team of approximately 400 associates. Mr. Amaro has a broad background in retail and Airport hospitality design & development, logistics, operations, with more than 35 years of experience in fine dining, casual dining, quick serve food, stadium, and arena concessions, on/off-premise catering, themed special events catering and banquet facilities management. He has been involved in the airport industry for more than 20 years.
His strengths are in the areas of complete retail and restaurant concessions design, development and operations. His engineering background has aided him in coordinating the many logistics surrounding airport development, as well as several successful street side restaurants and concessions programs, from the ground up, across South Florida as well as abroad.
