Limited Number of Flights Resume at Washington Airports After Sandy

Airlines serving Dulles International and Reagan Washington National airports resumed a limited number of flights Tuesday, following Hurricane Sandy.  It is likely many airlines will resume operations Wednesday.   Passengers are strongly encouraged to check their flight status before leaving for the airport. The airports are coordinating with airlines, airport tenants and other stakeholders to resume normal operations as quickly as possible. Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport weathered Hurricane Sandy without damage or flooding.
