The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (Airports Authority) has established DBE participation goals as follows for federal fiscal years 2020-2022: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:  22.73% Washington Dulles International Airport:  22.08% The above percentages apply to the dollar value of contracts that are funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Transportation financial assistance and were established in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.  The DBE goal calculation methodology is available below.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has established a 25% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for Phase 2 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. The DBE goal may be achieved through the utilization of DBE firms certified by the Virginia Unified Certification Program. DBE participation may be counted for DBE firms performing as prime contractors, subcontractors, professional services, consultants, suppliers and/or manufacturers, provided the firms perform a commercially useful function as defined in 49 CFR Part 26.
