Two new appointees have joined the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors. The Honorable C. Charles “Chuck” Caputo is president of the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary and sits on the Northern Virginia Community College Educational Foundation Board. He is a former member of the Virginia House of Delegates.
