What's New at MWAA View All News Airports Authority Moves Forward with New VIP Terminal at Dulles International Oct 20, 2026 The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has selected daa International to develop, lease, and operate a dedicated VIP passenger terminal at Washington Dulles International Airport. The facility will be the first of its kind for any airport in the National Capital Region. The 37,000-square-foot VIP terminal will be constructed near the airport’s cargo buildings on a 1.2-acre site. Separate from a private jet facility, the VIP terminal will offer passengers flying on any commercial airline an additional premium option to board or disembark at Washington Dulles.
