Important: Requirements for Submitting a Request for Support

Meeting support and set up requires a minimum of 3 business days’ notice.

This allows for requirements to be reviewed, questions to be asked and support to be coordinated. Each submission is reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.

This will help to ensure IT is able to provide you with the best support possible to make your meeting a success.

A best effort will be made to support meetings with less than 3 business days’ notice with resources available.

Select the Conference Room(s) where the event will be located. If the Conference Room is not listed, select Other.
Select the Conference Room(s) where the event will be located. IF THE CONFERENCE ROOM IS NOT LISTED, SELECT OTHER.
Is this meeting recurring?
If a Remote or Hybrid meeting support is being requested, does invitation to participants need to be sent by MWAA IT?
