OVERVIEW The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is offering three development sites at Washington Dulles International Airport for industrial, or data center uses. Located in Loudoun County, Virginia, these sites provide direct access to Dulles International Airport and major transportation corridors, including Route 28 and Route 267. Each site offers long-term ground lease opportunities suited for institutional, regional, and local developers and operators.
