OVERVIEW

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is offering three development sites at Washington Dulles International Airport for industrial, or data center uses. 

Located in Loudoun County, Virginia, these sites provide direct access to Dulles International Airport and major transportation corridors, including Route 28 and Route 267. Each site offers long-term ground lease opportunities suited for institutional, regional, and local developers and operators.

If you are interested in additional information, please complete the Request for Information form. If submitting for multiple sites, you may submit a single form and indicate all additional sites of interest in the comments section. Please ensure that each site is clearly identified and labeled.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please review the Development Submission Requirements documents for instructions regarding criteria and formatting. For multiple sites, a separate submission must be completed for each site and clearly labeled (e.g., Site 1, Site 2, Site 3).
