RFI: Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Claims Audit Services
Description: The Airports Authority seeks information from the industry to help develop the best strategy to procure medical claims audit services for its group medical, dental, and prescription drug insurance benefits contracts. The audits will serve to detect billing errors and discrepancies, and ineligible medical charges. In addition, the audits should compare claims against industry standards for accuracy, timeliness and quality of operation and service. The audit findings should include recommendations for improvements and identify performance issues for future contracts. There is also a potential need for claims audit services in support of implementation validation of new medical contracts, as well as audits of the new contracts once benefit services begin.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide comprehensive email verification services in accordance with Airports Authority specifications that will identify and eliminate invalid email addresses in order to produce a list of clean, fully deliverable email addresses for marketing and market research purposes.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide comprehensive outplacement and career transition assistance on an as-needed basis. Services to include core services, program offerings, group workshops, portal and tools and additional premium services.

IFB-18-34115: Rescue Boat, National Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide the Airports Authority’s Fire & Rescue Department with a V-Hull design rescue boat. The boat shall be capable of operating in all four seasons and in extreme conditions, including extreme weather, low visibility, rain, snow, ice, fog, and providing protection for the pilot and co-pilot.

IFB-18-34994: Demolition of NOAA and National Weather Service Buildings, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform demolition services for former NOAA and National Weather Services buildings and related structures on the grounds of Washington Dulles International Airport.   Work will include the demolition and removal of all buildings, foundations, equipment, underground utilities and bituminous paving.

IFB-18-33978: Oil Water Separator and BMP Structure Maintenance, National Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform periodic cleaning and maintenance of oil/water separators (OWS) and Best Management Practice (BMP) structures, and shall provide as needed emergency services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Contaminated materials shall be properly disposed of at a permitted treatment or disposal site.
