IFB-19-13436: Maintenance of Work Platforms and Lifts, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to provide quarterly and annual inspections, certification, maintenance, and repairs of self-propelled elevating work platforms and vertical personnel mast lifts used by the Washington Dulles International Airport Equipment Maintenance Division.  Work shall be performed in accordance with current American National Standards Institute ANSI/SIA A92.6, American National Standard for Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms, and OSHA 1910.66, Occupational Safety and Health Standards Powered Platforms, Manlifts, and Vehicle Mounted Work Platforms.

IFB-19-13387: Entertainment Network Broadcast Services, National and Dulles Airports
Description: The Contractor shall install, manage, operate, and maintain an entertainment broadcast network service at specified locations within Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports.

IFB-19-15670: Integrated Pest Management Services, National and Dulles Airports
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, and all incidental expenses to implement an integrated pest management program for pest control services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport and the Dulles Toll Road. Pest control services shall be performed in a manner that will ensure the health and general wellbeing of the public and airport personnel. The contractor shall perform these services daily Monday through Friday with 24 hour call-back response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to special/emergency pest control services requested by the Airports Authority. The Contractor shall respond within four hours of receiving a verbal or written request from the MWAA for providing special/emergency pest control services. The contractor shall thoroughly inspect to determine the evidence of pest activity, perform necessary treatment and/or make recommendations to resolve the pest concern, and address conditions conducive to pest harborage.

IFB-19-16513: Concourse C/D Plumbing Realignment, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace and install sanitary piping in Concourses C and D at Washington Dulles International Airport. The work consists of installation of new sanitary piping both above ground and below ground, removal of sanitary piping both above ground and below ground, tie in to existing piping and manholes, testing newly installed piping in accordance with Airports Authority standards, and all associated work required including but not limited to cutting, patching, excavation, backfilling, and transport of soil.

RFP-19-16654: Environmental Remediation Services, National and Dulles Airports
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the maintenance, repair, remediation, removal and disposal of lead-based paint, asbestos containing and contaminated materials, mold remediation and component demolition, removal and disposal of PCB-containing light ballasts, and PCB surface decontamination at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports on an as-needed basis.

IFB-18-33118: Design-Build Tasks for Closeout of DCMP Phase 2
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary design, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work required to achieve close-out of Phase 2 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Silver Line). This work is to resolve work items that are associated with the original project scope but have not yet been accomplished. All work to be performed under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of task orders.
