RFP-24-27192: Design-Build Services for Passenger Boarding Bridges, DCA & IAD
Description: The Airports Authority is seeking one or more Contractors to provide a turnkey solution for the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of a fully integrated and compatible passenger boarding bridge system at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

RFQI 24-26594: Design & Planning for Terminal 1 & South Area Redevelopment Program, DCA
Description: The Contractor shall provide design and support services, stakeholder coordination, program cost control, program scheduling, phasing and engineering for the Terminal 1 and South Area Redevelopment Program at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Anticipated projects include but are not limited to a new nine-gate concourse and apron, new terminal headhouse and various enabling and South Area Development projects.

RFP-24-25900: Airfield Lighting Signage and ALCMS Replacement,1C-19C & Taxiways, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall convert airfield lighting to LED for Runway 1C-1C and associated Taxiways as well as replace the airfield lighting control and monitoring system at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Work includes conversion of existing quartz and incandescent of runway and taxiway lighting and signage to LED, modify the existing electrical power in the electrical vault and upgrading equipment including constant current regulators, etc., and pavement marking/removal throughout the multi-phased project.
