RFI: Physical Security Information Management Software NEW
Description: The Airports Authority hereby invites interested parties to respond to this RFI regarding Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) Software System for Reagan National and Dulles International. The intention of this RFI is to explore the various Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) Software Systems in the marketplace capable of ingesting data from various security subsystems (video, access control, sensors, etc.) to empower personnel to accurately identify and proactively resolve situations.

RFP-24-25900: Airfield Lighting Signage and ALCMS Replacement,1C-19C & Taxiways, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall convert airfield lighting to LED for Runway 1C-1C and associated Taxiways as well as replace the airfield lighting control and monitoring system at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Work includes conversion of existing quartz and incandescent of runway and taxiway lighting and signage to LED, modify the existing electrical power in the electrical vault and upgrading equipment including constant current regulators, etc., and pavement marking/removal throughout the multi-phased project.

RFQI 24-26594: Design & Planning for Terminal 1 & South Area Redevelopment Program, DCA
Description: The Contractor shall provide design and support services, stakeholder coordination, program cost control, program scheduling, phasing and engineering for the Terminal 1 and South Area Redevelopment Program at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Anticipated projects include but are not limited to a new nine-gate concourse and apron, new terminal headhouse and various enabling and South Area Development projects.

RFP-24-27463: Orthophotography and Feature Extraction
Description: The Contractor shall acquire high-quality color digital ortho imagery and aerial lidar data for feature extraction, development of digital terrain modeling data and topography for updating the Airports Authority’s GIS (Geographic Information Systems) system, updated color digital orthophotos, contour lines, lidar and feature extraction to meet FAA Part 77 base data in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars 150/5300-16, 17, and 18.
