Description: The Contractor shall furnish replacement tube bundles and gasket sets for the heat exchangers at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Parts shall be compatible with existing Taco HTF Series heat exchangers and field conditions. Contractor shall submit manufacturer/supplier technical documentation.

RFP-26-21944: Design/Build Live Fire Training Facility Improvements, IAD
Description: The Airports Authority is seeking a qualified design-build contractor to provide design and construction services for the Live Fire Training Facility (LFTF) Improvements Project at Washington Dulles International Airport. The contractor shall provide complete design services, including signed and sealed permit-ready drawings, and all construction services necessary to upgrade and modernize the existing LFTF. The work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the existing Control Tower Building and Fuel Farm; construction of new burn facilities, a structural modular burn building, SCBA Training Center, Administrative Office/Classroom Building, and Storage Garage; installation of a modern wide-body aircraft training simulator with fuel spill capability; and associated sitework and utility improvements.

RFP-26-26099: Reconstruction of Runway 1R-19L & Associated Taxiways, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide construction services to reconstruct Reconstruction of Runway 1R-19L & Associated Taxiways at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The project includes various pavement repairs on Taxiways J and K. Additionally; the project consists of the expansion of the Runway 1R Hold Bay and the Runway 19L blast pad. A new blast pad on the Runway 1R will be constructed as part of this project. The project also includes upgrading the airfield lighting and signage to LED lamped fixtures, associated airfield electrical vault modifications as well as miscellaneous underground drainage and utility infrastructure improvements.

Description: The Airports Authority is seeking to acquire all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to rehabilitate the airfield stormwater system and mitigate stormwater infiltration from Route 28 at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
