All Transportation Network Companies authorized to operate as such by the Commonwealth of Virginia must be issued a permit to operate at Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport, separately.

Ride-Share Permit Application 

To submit a Ride-Share permit application as a Transportation Network Company (TNC), please email your application and all required documents to [email protected].  

Please include in the subject line which airport the application applies to, either "TNC - Dulles" or "TNC - Reagan."  This will help our staff to direct your application to the appropriate team member for processing.  

If you are a private or for-hire limousine driver wishing to operate for a Transportation Network Company (TNC), you must contact the TNC directly.
