Extension of FA-DA-4536A: Marriott Hotel Concession, IAD
Description: The Airports Authority seeks to maintain a full-service hotel at Dulles International Airport while evaluating long-term development and redevelopment options for the existing hotel property and surrounding land area. The proposed extension will ensure uninterrupted hotel operations and continued service to the traveling public during the planning and evaluation period.

REQ-26-25851: Field Service Contract for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive field service, preventive maintenance, diagnostic support, calibration, software support, and repair services for the HACH BioTector 7000i Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This is a proprietary product of HACH Company.

REQ-26-21349: Vehicle Wash Facility Maintenance Services, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, transportation, and all incidental expenses necessary to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on the Airports Authority owned vehicle washing apparatus, related systems, and ancillary equipment at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). InterClean is the original equipment manufacturer and installer of the vehicle wash facility.

REQ-25-25362: Digital Billboard Signage Maintenance Contract, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance service agreement to support existing digital billboard signage systems currently in operation and are located on the Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) westbound lanes. Daktronics is the original equipment manufacturer and the only authorized provider for equipment maintenance.
