Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide fabrication and installation services for the replacement and upgrade of exterior signs on the Dulles Toll Road and exterior and interior sign fabrication and installation for Washington Dulles International Airport.  Work must be in compliance with MUTCD, Way-Finding Design and Construction Standards in the Airports Authority’s Design Manual and Virginia Work Area Protection Manual.

This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 40% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
