You can apply for one of the several permits offered by the Airports Authority for Ground Transportation at both Dulles Airport and Reagan Airport by clicking HERE and clicking “New User? Sign up”.

You can access your account by clicking HERE and signing in securely.  Once you get to the sign-in page, please log in with your previously created username and password.  If you do not remember, click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the instructions.  

Log in to your customer account and make the appropriate changes in theCOMPANIES tab and click the edit button, then click CONTACTS and/or ADDRESS.

Log in to your customer account, click the COMPANIES tab, click the edit button, and then click VEHICLES. You can then click on a vehicle you want to add or click the ADD VEHICLE button on the far right of the page.

NO! If you have replaced your windshield, your AVI Tag is no longer valid. Contact the Airports Authority at [email protected] and request a new AVI tag. The old tag must be returned, or a $50 fine will be applied. A $20 fee per tag will be assessed for any new AVI tag assigned. (Does not apply to DCA Taxi permit holders) 

Log in to your customer account, click the COMPANIES tab and click the edit button, then click PAYMENT PROFILES, then click ADD CARD.

Log into your customer account, click the Wallet tab on the left side of your screen. Click on your wallet balance, and then click on CHANGE under replenishment. Once you’ve made a change, please click SAVE.  

Log into your customer account and click the “Trip Activity” tab on the left side of your screen. You will see all activity, by vehicle and location.
