Summary: - The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide litigation and related legal services. Services sought include representation of the Authority, both as plaintiff and defendant, in litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative forums. Services also include the provision of advice and assistance related to matters as to which litigation against the Authority is expected and related to litigation to which the Authority is not a party but which is nonetheless affecting the Authority or its officers or employees (e.g., through the issuance of subpoenas to employees).
