Summary:

The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to design and install a “Smart Key” system for controlling access to sensitive areas on and within the property of Washington Dulles International Airport. The system will be used to control access for parameter fences, remote electric vaults, fire department medicine cabinets and other sensitive places where an audit trail is needed. The system will replace an existing Intella-Key brand system.
