Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide landscape maintenance services at the Fisher Avenue Substation and West Falls Church Yard in Falls Church, VA which support Phase 1 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project.

SBE
Goal:

This federally funded project has a 100% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal. An SBE is defined as a firm that is not dominant in its field, and that demonstrates its ability to meet the size standards prescribed below for the goods it will be supplying or the services it be performing in this contract. Note that firms certified with the Airports Authority as an LDBE firms will qualify as SBE if they do not exceed the $22.41 Million SBE size cap. Such firms, if selected, will still have to submit the SBE Affidavit of Eligibility form and three years of corporate tax returns.
