Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide subsurface utility infrastructure mapping, marking, recording, and notification services within Washington Dulles International Airport project limits in accordance with the Virginia Underground Utility Marking Standards and Best Practices, Virginia Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act/Miss Utility law, and all applicable federal, state and local codes in their entirety.
