Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide turnkey construction for the rehabilitation and replacement of portions of roofing at Cargo buildings 1 through 4 at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of roof system at Cargo 4; repair of portions of roof at Cargo 1,2 and 3; repair and replacement of airside canopy roof for Cargo 1-4.
