Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the replacement of the existing Western Lands perimeter fence, and addition of a security roadway along the new perimeter of the airport property limits at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Relocation of existing security gates are included. The proposed roadway will utilize existing asphalt millings stockpiled in close proximity to the project area. The project will enhance the existing security of the South Outer Perimeter Area to deter and prevent inadvertent or deliberate entry onto the airport property.

This solicitation has a 25% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 15% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
