Project Summary
The Airports Authority serves as the granting body for all requests made by its customers conducting business at the airports, including but not limited to, vendors, contractors, concessionaires, airlines, and the traveling public. The Airports Authority has sole oversight of all leasing, permitting, design and code adherence within the confines of each airport's property. Tasked with overseeing both a medium-hub and large-hub airport, Airports Authority personnel field, track, and process over 1,000 requests from external parties for the airports annually. Some of the permit types issued include:

• Environmental Permits
• Space Permits
• Fire Department Permits
• Code Inspections Requests
• Event/Conference Space Permits
• Business Permits
• Parking Permits
• Commercial Filming Permits
• Utility Outage Requests
• Contractor Eligibility Forms

The Airports Authority hereby invites interested parties to respond to this RFI regarding permitting software for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This request aims to better understand the industry's vast range of permit management solutions for medium-sized authorities, administrations, or jurisdictions.
