Project Summary
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the deployment of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) on the Dulles Toll Road (DTR) to make commuting safer, more predictable and efficient. This project proposes a total of six Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) and fifteen Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) installations along the DTR and new infrastructure required to support the ITS.
LDBE Requirement
This solicitation has a 25% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 15% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
