Estimated Dollar Value

Project Summary
The Authority is seeking interested and qualified Offerors desiring to operate and manage a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) leasehold at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This opportunity is for two available FBO leaseholds with a general aviation terminal, office space, hangars, ramp space, and landside vehicle parking.
LDBE Requirement
This solicitation has a 25% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) requirement for the total costs incurred for the design and construction of Capital Investments and Fixed Improvements undertaken during the Contract Term, including any potential option periods.
Additionally, there is a 20% LDBE requirement for the total amount applicable to the ongoing management and operation of the FBO, excluding the purchase of aviation fuel, during the Contract Term, including any option periods.
Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
