Summary:

The Contractor shall provide professional architecture/engineering services to provide a full array of design for improvements and redevelopment projects at the Dulles Toll Road (DTR), Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Work will not be limited to roadways and will include full design services for structural, electrical, and mechanical tasks for airfield pavement panel replacement and airfield drainage repairs. Services are expected to include a range of design processes including pre-design studies, inspections, engineering design services, work phasing and construction support.

This solicitation has a 20% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
