Summary: - The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide consulting services to advise and assist with obtaining designations or certifications under the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (SAFETY Act). Services may include: the identification of potential Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technologies (QATT) at Ronald Reagan Washington National and/or Washington Dulles International Airports; the evaluation of such potential QATTs and of the benefits the Airports Authority would gain by obtaining a SAFETY Act designation or certification for the QATTs; the selection of several QATTS to include in an application for SAFETY Act designation or certification; the preparation of the applications the Airports Authority elects to file; overseeing and managing the applications as they move through the designation or certification process; and the provision of support services following issuance of a SAFETY Act designation or certification for the QATTs.
